Dr. Fashion is the alias of Kayna Hobbs, Ph.D.

Kayna is a multi-disciplinary researcher, scientist, designer, patternmaker, and scholar.

Kayna’s experience spans the industries of fashion, sportswear, apparel design, ergonomics, environmental health, human factors, total worker health, and university-level teaching.

Kayna is a one-of-a-kind scholar with unique systems-level thinking with a strong ability to translate and communicate high-level concepts to mass audiences.

Kayna has worked in all areas of fashion, from haute couture (see fashion portfolio) to personal protective equipment. Currently, Kayna is available for both creative and consulting projects.
